Just updated my signature, I now have £5.60 in the jar. Tried to get DH to put his change, from the takeaway last night, in there but he was hanging onto it for dear life
And I have £1.20 in my purse to last me till the 23rd of this month
Dont worry Natty, I am in the same boat and I am sure we are not alone. I dont get paid till the 21st either and have about a fiver for petrol for work next week, so hopefully should get a lift in the car sharing scheme next week. Only 20p again today that i found around the house, but it all adds up.
Also found out today my mortgage has dropped £85, so only have to find an extra £100 a month now to make payment to catch up.MAY NSD's

I'm afraid I haven't been on here to update i the past couple of weeks as it's been a bit chaotic around here. However I have been keeping up with my payment a day which I rounded up to pay £50 extra off the credit card this week :j According to online banking, the balance is currently £1650.00 ( I like round numbers, I do
) .
Course that's not had the interest added on yet this month but I think it's still an achievement from my starting balance last month (see sig) and would like to thank everybody on here for inspiring me to keep up with this and I wish everybody luck as we all pay these nasty bills off
Tuh. I'll have to edit because I forgot to say I'm putting another pound in the pot for today. I think I'm losing my marbles...might have to look on ebay for some more!0 -
Hiya everyone, today i have paid £5 to my cc and £7 to my o/d. Spent over an hour in the bank today after i finished work - i went to pay my avon money in that i forgot to do yesterday - the cashier said they needed to have a quick chat with me. Quick!!!! i was there for what seemed like forever, and what was it all for? They were trying to convince me to take out a £5k loan that i dont want or need:mad: . My little boy was screaming but they wouldnt take no for an answer, she kept telling me on my wage there's no way i'll be able to clear my cc before my intro low rate runs out. I already know that anyway and thats why i'm doing this:mad:. Ended up coming straight home to instead of stopping off at dr's like i was supposed to. Sorry rant over now. On a happier note i found a fiver in my purse:D.£387.39/£196.46
