  • I moved my winnings over this morning, I have to go to work now but when I get home I will move however much I had leftover from my wage (got paid today), I think it was about £40 or something like that! Also moved my first official payment of £120 over too. It's now (just) under £900 that I owe.

I'm going to keep moving a small amount over each day but my main aim will be to see how much money I have left after all the direct debits are paid out and then whatever is left at the end of the month I will move over. It will maybe encourage me not to buy any old rubbish that I don't need. It's worked so far this month as I haven't bought the usual 2 magazines that I buy each week, or any clothes, or any shop bought lunches. I never have money left over at the end of the week!

    Target £8000

    Morning all,
got my online statement for Egg today and managed to pay just over £280 off this month! It simply wouldn't have happened before PAD, so I'm very grateful to be a part of it.
    Paid £7.14 today.
Hope you all have a good Friday.

Well done Jo that's fab :T I was looking at my sig last night. The figures in it started the end of October. I would normally only make a £25 payment each month. So it goes to show that all these 'only a £1' days we are having a making a huge difference.
Celebrations to us all for keeping at it

A whole £1 to the evil loan and B'clay OD plus £1 to cap 1 and savings.

Terri hope your head is better hun ;)

    Happy blinkin' Friday everyone :j

I am having slight cashflow issues - have about £100 to last me for next 2 weeks and promised my niece I'd take her to monkey world tmw - that'll be another £20 gone! I know its because I have been buying crimbo pressies and haven't used my credit card for that, just not sure if I will be able to survive the rest of the month on that - have just filled up on petrol so might make it! Maybe I will have to see if I have things to sell on ebay!

  • £2.50 change from my weekly shop this week!
I'm also shopping at Morrisons, so will benefit from that £20 voucher just before christmas! It's my usual supermarket down the road and I usually spend £45 anyway, so that will be free money!

Daughter has her first classmates b/d party to go to next saturday - does anyone have any ideas as to what we could get a 5yr old boy on the cheap?! Any help will be much appreciated - preferably less than £3/£4!

Have a good day everyone! x

Just updated my signature, I now have £5.60 in the jar. Tried to get DH to put his change, from the takeaway last night, in there but he was hanging onto it for dear life :(

And I have £1.20 in my purse to last me till the 23rd of this month :(
