Morning all
Wow what a lot of posts we have been busy:j
Thanks joey jimbles but a change of plan as he has now had the offer of interviews at Southampton and York and as these are his first choices is keen to do them and Southampton is on the same day as Cardiff. So new plan Cardiff will give him a new date in the New Year and I will look at travelodges near Southampton thanks for that I have a feeling the £9 ones have to be booked three weeks in advance and we haven't got that much time but I will check. York we should be able to do without an overnight stop. Just waiting to hear from Bristol and Warwick and his interview date for Year in Industry it is madness just what you need just before Christmas but he is really excited and so I am to be honest:j . Just glad his sister is doing an Art Foundation Course next year so we get to deal with her University application next year so far he would like Southampton and she would like Dundee:eek: and we live in North Wales so that should be interesting.
Fag_ash_lil 2 days without choccy:T I go days and then have a real choccy binge:D

Nearly forgot to say paid £18.42 to HSBC CC today coming down but a loooooooooooooong way to go.0 -
Thanks for all the comments about my job - this board is very supportive!
Well, I paid the fiver I saved on my wine (which was very nice thank you!;) ) to my Post Office CC.
Had £90 from wife that she gives me towards her car - (leased through my work) so have put that immediately towards Barclaycard CC.
Expenses have been authorised today too - and I actually make a fair bit of cash on them (they pay me per mile - and recent reduction in fuel price means Im quids in). As soon as that is in bank I can pay off work credit card and put the extra towards a bill!
Finally got the wife interested in this site..........she has been thinking that im a bit of a whinger and moaner (im not, but I am a worrier whilst she is definately not!)....anyway, we read the old style money saver board, and one of the tips was to squueze the toilet roll to an oval so it harder to use too much paper. We did laugh!!!
