Jamied - you're always such an early bird, it does make me smile! :D

Terri - i went to Peacocks for Grandad's pjs. It's all the 'bits' that always bumps the cost up eg toothbrush, paste, soap, flannel etc. But it really doesn't matter. He's enjoying the company in hospital and will hopefully be home to tomorrow.

Miss shoes i hope the tired/grumpiness didn't last too long lol :p

Thank you again to everyone for all the kind wishes. I love this thread - it's so friendly and supportive :T

£1 to cap 1 and 2 x £2 coins in jar. Still waiting for quidco and tax credits could be anytime now........
One step at a time ;)
  • Morning everyone,

  • Hopeful1 - glad your Grandad is ok, it's nice when you get your own toiletries/things and I'm sure your Grandad appreciates your help. x

Morning to all the other early birds of this thread! What's your excuse for being up so early?! I have a 2yr old and a 4 yr old who insist on getting up at 5.45am....!

Have found £1.36 in husbands jeans pocket, heading for the wash! So I can finally start adding to my change pot again and try and get a good amount in there to pay things off too!

Have a good day everyone! See you all tomorrow morning! x
