Hi Bunny, sorry to hear about Turkey big huga for ya. One of my cats is 11, has high blood pressure, is blind in one eye, has a skin condition and I am sure he is losing weight. Althought the vet says he is ok and whilst he seems healthy I'm not convinced; but he does seem lively still. The first cat I had was called Beauty and I used to torment her all the time and she hated me (bit like the wife lol). But when she was 17 she was diagnosed with Cancer. I was 17 and when I found out I was devastated and I went from being a complete twot to looking after her and she too was more than happy to sit on my knee etc which was unthinkable pre Cancer. Anyway I was with her when the vet put the needle in and literally i was holding her in my arms when the vet stuck the needle in and she was looking into my eyes and she hollowed one last miaow and I saw her pupils get bigger as the life drained out of her. I wasnt upset when she was put down it was later when I went round my mates and one his puppies came running up to me and I just broke down. So I put a little photo tribute on my bedroom wall and in the middle I wrote a note:

'To a memory that will be cherished always,
To a cat who was loved so much
    Beauty'

In fact Ive still got the photos and note somewhere.

I hope you don't get too upset, but I think its ok to, as they are part of your life.

    Big hugs Len x

ooh, you've been to Lloret Maz? What's it like? We went to Malgrat which is great for jumping on the train to Barcelona which is why it's on the shortlist again. It's not much as a resort, nice beach though.

Apparently the weather is kind of 19-22C in late October which is fine by me, we normally go March when it's like that as well.

it was nice... we (me n mum) went went i was pregnant with Erin, so it was a nice place to relax... long beach front with plenty shops n loads of bars.... we jumped on the train and went (thru Malgrat and Callela i think) to Barcelona. Wish we'd done that twice as Barca was so nice, missed half of it....! Still it's nice to say i've been....

airtours........ hang on am calling my mum!! - Done!

Somehting like fenjal? funjal? was the area of Lloret. Costa Encantada was the resort... Self Catering apartments.... but i'm sure if you got something in Lloret proper then you'd be better placed for restaurants etc..
