This is actualy my web site you are comparing prices to.....please do take into consideration costumes,experience and quality,also advertising expenses for websites,shopping online charges,taxes,search engines cost, time materials and other factors, annnnd also we now have the new law for * baby safe products * thats just come into effect , also consider just how really good you are at what you do and what you are offering for your price to the public in general,also sizes and types of quality materials you are buying....other factors are postage,packaging too etc etc....just a bit of friendly advice before anyone compares the price of their work to mine lol, i make Unique Sock Monkeys every single day except Christmas Day or my Birthday, its taken me 5 yrs to get established and get good at what i do through dedication and commitment! Hi Bluesaphire. Love your sock monkeys! They really do look like a higher quality than I could ever produce (not made any yet!).

Two points though:
1. You've misspelt your address in your signature

Hi Everyone
Read through this whole thread last night into the wee small hours and for some crazy reason i was totally inspired. I do not have a creative bone in my body - i have never even sewn on a button in my life and i am currently sitting here with the inside of a poundland pillow all over my table currently stuffing my first monkey!!
Not sure if i will post pics as my sewing is very iffy - doing it by hand - 1st time sewing. Wish me luck!

I did all my sewing by hand on most of mine, somehow they seem to have more character then I think You'll soon be addicted and start looking for socks everywhere your shopping wondering 'would these make a good monkey?!'

Well that was fun! - I was up until 4am making him on Friday night finished it on Sat - bit of sleep in between. He's not perfect but i love him, made him for my oh starting the kids ones tomorrow with some funky 50p socks from primark.
OK trying to put in a pic for first time if his doesn't work i'm going to bed and i'll try again tomorrow
