Sock monkeys!

wow love the cats. my eldest son would love an orange one , we have a big fat fluffy ginger cat who is just like garfield. even in his love of lasange. my son and jeff ( cat) have an amazing relationship.

Random musings, I absolutley love making monkeys ect but I've run out of people to make them for, my son has about 10! He loves them. So I'm wondering if its worth maybe making a facebook page to try and sell them but I know there's quite a few already or I was thinking mayber
Charity for children that don't have many toys or something like that but I wouldn't know where to start and whether anywhere would take them! Otherwise my house will be over run by sock creatures!!

there are lots of facebook pages dedicated to sock monkeys and creatures, perhaps even if you messaged a few and just asked them for ideas where to sell, you could always donate to your local children's ward hospital or school, or sell them at a school fete with partial sales going to school funds etc

love the sailor one, hubbys grandad was a captin on the big contanior ships, something like i imagine he would of loved.

I wanted to donate a couple of monkeys to our local Hospice shop but they said they could only go in the 50p basket as they are handmade and not manufactured to all safety standards etc. and don't bear a proper manufacturers label so they were unable to sell them any other way. So, as much as you want to help, you may find you come up against objections.

Found these gorgeous baby dolls available to order. So desparately wanted them for a relative after gemsmember posted some pictures but these were the closest match i could find.
so even tho they cant be ordered for the date wanted my relative is still going to order and they will be forwarded to the lucky recipients.
