Hubby has bought me a sewing machine for my birthday (only 5 weeks until I get it!!!!!!) so I'm watching this thread carefully.... I want to make sock monkeys for DS and DD... I already have the socks!!!!!!!!

Wammy77 - thank you. i need to update it, got a few to put on. but i just want to made cats.

here is a little one i made which was very fiddly especially when the sock started to run so the back is a bit messier than i like. but so cute so will have to do more little ones.

what about stripy ones in the football colours he likes or camaflage ones. pound shops are good for these.

Pennib - just had a look on your blog. how cute!!! i really like the white with patterns on. i keep looking for ones like that. i think it would make nice cat for my mum for mothers day.
