Sock monkeys!

Well the customer (your 7yr old) is always right! Sure you want stop at the one! I have just made some very long sockies and put velcro on the hands so it can hang up. Will post pictures later.

pennib the 7 year old wanted velco on it so he could carry it round his neck!

It took me far too long to do more than 1!!!

I dont think the socks were good quality though very thin!

Well done cottonwoolkatie - you have the sock monkey bug now!

I saw some nice socks last week, but they were too thin when I started stuffing them - something to bear in mind.

I have also made monkeys with suckers on the paws to attach to a window or windscreen.

Here are some gangly monkeys made with customers own socks. I call the black one Mad Max!! I also put velcro on their hands, so they can all join up like bunting
