    How much MORE stuffing.....

Decided to make not just one but three at the same time. Have done first bit on 3 socks and they are only small size 6-8 and they are taking soooooo much stuffing. They are going to be enormous! Am I perhaps stuffing them too much?

I think you might be, I stuff mine quite lightly as they stay quite small but there is a tendancy to go mad and they will end up huge - I did this with my first one, he is a bit of a misfit bless him :)

Thanks, I've been looking through the photos' and thought that. Might take some out and have a play around to get it even.

I never stuff the arms right to the end, because they stick out too much. If they aren't overstuffed you can position them better.

I have just had a quick look on Folksy and they are selling for between £6 - £16. But considering they have fees and stuff to pay I would say stick to the lower end of that scale. I would be happy to pay £8 - £10 for one (If I didn't already make em).
