Ah I didn't email innocent, but I sent them a lovely drawing in the post lol. Did a little comic strip of how sad I was that I can't afford to buy their smoothies as often as I'd like because i'm skint at the minute lol.

They wrote me back a lovely handwritten letter saying how they loved the story drawing and they've put it on their consumer wall of love in their HQ for the staff to appreciate. Well chuffed!

Bought pack of 3 kinder eggs last week for my daughter, said at least one would contain an ice age 3 figure but none of them did. I emailed the company and was sent another 3 pack of eggs, was very happy :j

However, whenever I have had problems with my online shop, their call centre has always been really helpful and refunded me straight away for products that I haven't been 100% happy with. The general number is 0844 481 5000.

I got in post yesterday £3 irwins vouchers for some horrible cinnamon and raisin bread by rankins it tasted stale - i buy these products as yeast free and allergic to yeast.

also got a bottle of simple suncream by emailing and asking them for some sun cream samples as their skin care products are the only ones I can use as very sensitive skin so they sent me a full bottle 30spf suncream.
