I got an email back from walkers saying that they don't send out coupons under any circumstances. So I wouldn't bother trying with walkers.
When I had a packet of crisps from ASDA that were stale a couple of weeks before their 'use by' date, I wrote to them at

    Customer Serives
    ASDA House
    Southbank
    Great Wilson Street
    Leeds
    LS11 5AD

However, whenever I have had problems with my online shop, their call centre has always been really helpful and refunded me straight away for products that I haven't been 100% happy with. The general number is 0844 481 5000.

    Hope this helps.
    Or 0500 100055
Which is free, had to use it for direct, but the menu mentions everything, so just call the free number and you'll manage to speak to someon

I complained to iceland when I bought a bag of frozen chicken drumsticks, when they should have been completely cooked for 15 minutes longer than normal a load of blood came out of the middle of them, have had these before and it's never happened. Eek. Got a nice letter and £6 vouchers.

got £5 MOC from Co-op after returning a tin of their tomatoes.
  • I don't know if this counts or not but I recently bought a Mars bar only to find out when I got it home that it wasn't sealed at one end. I sent them a letter with my receipt and the empty wrapper and on Friday received £4 vouchers for any Mars products :D

It took them about 2 months to reply but the £4 was worth the wait :)
  • I have written a formal complaint to Tesco just now and hope to get some sort of giftcard as compensation as well as some common sense training given to their gormless staff. I'll keep you posted.

I contacted Clinton Cards customer services their head office address recently, as a pack of kids thank you cards that were supposed to be blank, had 2 cards within the pack with print inside them.

They replied with £7.50 worth of vouchers to spend in their store.
