Thanks Piggles for attempting to answer my rubbish question!
All I meant was if you get a £5 voucher from Coca-Cola and nip along to Tesco, will they take £5 off the total regardless of whether you actually bought any Coca-Cola products.
I would hate for this company to give £100s away in vouchers if people only use them to save on the weekly shop and don't actually buy and try their products.0 -

It depends on whether the voucher is specifically for coca cola products or not. For example if I complained to X company, and they gave me X company vouchers, then I can only buy X company products with the vouchers. However, if X company gave me general vouchers ie. love2shop or capital bonds etc. then I don't have to buy coca cola products with them. There'd be no restriction. It depends on the type of voucher you receive, whether it's specific or broad/general.0 -

Ditto!
What does your voucher say?
Is it for a specific shop (e.g. Tesco or ASDA)? Or for the high street in general (e.g. Love 2 Shop)? Or for that brand in particular (e.g. Coca Cola)?'I can't deny the British influence on my accent and mannerisms, but I don't know the British national anthem, I didn't weep for Princess Diana and I always cheer when Britain loses at sport. well i emailed lush asking if there was any product testers needed, and if not, if i could be put on the waiting list. this is what i recieved back:
Thank you for your recent email. I am pleased to hear that you are interested in being a product tester for Lush. Unfortunately due to the high number of applications we have no vacancies for testers at the moment and can add no more names to the waiting list.
No more names on the waiting list?????? How long is the goddamn thing!
Shocked :O

Yeah, it really depends on said company. For example, I complained to ginsters like few months ago, and they said they'll be sending me vouchers, so I thought 'okay, they'll be sending me some sort of ginsters vouchers', but instead they sent me I think it was about £3 worth of love2shop vouchers.0 -

Well i complained beacause other people on here have had the same people and received vouchers. I however didn'tIt's not that I'm tight - I just love the rush of a bargain!0 -
Thanks all for your replies. I have given details of the company below.
I emailed a cleaning product company called 'Method' telling them how much I loved their products, especially as they're all eco-friendly, and I got a lovely reply with £6 worth of vouchers for other products in the range! She gave me £3 vouchers to allow me to try more of the range, and £3 more to pass onto friends and family to spread the word about the company (I've kept them all though). I also got a list telling me where my nearest stockists were (some supermarkets and B&Q). A genuinely nice company that realises that giving freebies can help them out!
I'm new so can't post a link
I hope you enjoy!0 -

If they have given you vouchers that are just for their products, then you can only use them for their products and not jus to get a cheeky £6 off your shopping bill!'I can't deny the British influence on my accent and mannerisms, but I don't know the British national anthem, I didn't weep for Princess Diana and I always cheer when Britain loses at sport. I e-mailed Molten Brown and asked for some samples so that I could try them out and see if they were okay for my sensitive skin before I bought any.
They e-mailed back and said that they only give out samples to people who place an order with them, which kind of defeats the object of try before you buy!
They also said that if you placed an order you'd receive a maximum of two samples per order, which is a bit stingy if you are ordering quite a lot of stuff!'I can't deny the British influence on my accent and mannerisms, but I don't know the British national anthem, I didn't weep for Princess Diana and I always cheer when Britain loses at sport.
