    My mobile phone provider O2 have been having signalling issues, which has rendered my mobile useless for several days at a time. I rang them up to complain and they gave me £23 credit, my monthly mobile phone usage cost.

    I wrote to Hovis with a genuine 'defect' complaint in a loaf of bread, which rendered over half of it inedible. I sent pictures.

    I received an apology letter, as well as an explanation as to how they think it happened, along with £4 of Hovis vouchers.
    Thrilled to be DEBT-FREE as of 26.03.10 :D
    Hubby DEBT-FREE as of 27.03.15 :D

    I received a £15 e-voucher from Harvester after a bad experience with them recently. I contacted them online through their Contact Us form and then manager emailed me back with an apology.

    Complimented cushelle toilet rolls and they sent me £0.50 off coupon! Its impressive!!

    Complimented Superdrug on their recent 49p shower gels which I bought 15 of. Got £5 worth on points put on my Superdrug card.

    Also to add to this, it was a genuine compliment. First of all it was a really reasonable price, I wasn't charged postage, it was delivered quickly and the shower gels smell really nice.

    I emailed Oral B to query a faulty electric toothbrush warranty. Turns out I'd had the toothbrush over 6 years! They however very kindly sent me a voucher for £15 off my next toothbrush :) very good customer service!

    We recently had a mess when a Coleman Season and Shake bag split during preparation. We emailed them with a rather humorous detailing of events... They emailed us within 12 hours with a big sorry for our 'sausage apocolypse' and sent us £3 in vouchers in the post :)
