I received a £15 e-voucher from Harvester after a bad experience with them recently. I contacted them online through their Contact Us form and then manager emailed me back with an apology.0

Complimented Superdrug on their recent 49p shower gels which I bought 15 of. Got £5 worth on points put on my Superdrug card.
Also to add to this, it was a genuine compliment. First of all it was a really reasonable price, I wasn't charged postage, it was delivered quickly and the shower gels smell really nice.0 -
I emailed Oral B to query a faulty electric toothbrush warranty. Turns out I'd had the toothbrush over 6 years! They however very kindly sent me a voucher for £15 off my next toothbrush
