I do! I have recently had some problems with Starbucks and costa baristas giving me dairy instead of soya (dairy makes me poorly) and I have been sent vouchers by both. The Costa customer service team are fantastic! I also had a funny tasting Teasers Chocolate bar which I complained about online and soon received a £2 voucher in the post. Also, I complained to mentos once and they sent me about 20 full size packs of sweets! :T

I'm about to be a mature student and my SO is starting teacher training so every little will help.

Just be really inquisitive of a product you would like to try or very complementary of a product you have already tried

I had a genuine complaint for KFC..1st ever and last visit!! After two phone calls was sent a voucher for one meal.

Had terrible customer service in chimichanga (part of prezzo) long waits for starters and cold food, sent me a lovely email, asking me to book a table at my local chimichangas and they would email me a voucher code to hand in for £60, got excellent service next time round and basically a free 3 course meal for me and the hubby.

Awful service from tesco for my grocery delivery, had a rant on FB on their page, and got a £10 voucher against my next shop (:
