I sent them an email asking for help with my skincare routine, as I was looking to completely overhaul it. Nothing agrees with my skin!
A nice woman replied asking me to answer a few questions about my skin, then she gave me a very detailed email with 5 or 6 recommendations and said she would pop samples of each in the post. Great customer service!
