I got a huge box filled with travel size shampoos from Gilchrist and Soames. And about 12 samples from space NK of amazing face care products.

I also got a full size Tabasco Chipolte sauce and a Tabasco Chipolte and Cola marinade. I could get used to this!

My daughters bought some sweets you know the kind you get a sweet and a tattoo well the kids were gutted when the tattoos were cut off half way rendering them useless and stupid so i emailed and nothing happened for 2 months so i forgot about it until a few days ago we recieved about £5 worth of lollies, candy sticks, chews, fizzy dips and about 20 tattoos, it was nice to get that in the mail esp when I had forgotten about it

I got £10 worth of vouchers from Colgate Palmolive from a query about whether Sanex had changed the formula of their sensitive deodorant because it suddenly started to irritate my skin after years of use.


And I wrote to Branston when I discovered that their 410g can contains less then 410g of baked beans. That one got me £4 worth of vouchers from Princes to spend on any of their brands. But, strangely, Branston isn't one of the brands printed on the voucher!

Got a sample of La Roche Posay Effaclar K after asking if it would be suitable for my skin type.

Also getting some vouchers from Mitchum in the post for a genuine complaint. Had to call for that (0800 numbers ftw), as the contact form on the website didn't seem to do anything, is there a separate thread for calls?

I got a £20 voucher for terrible service and rank food at Frankie and Benny's. We went for lunch today and it was still awful! Oh well.

Pizza Hut delivery -

Ordered online just before 8:30pm last Sunday with a delivery time as "ASAP" which according to them is within 30 minutes. 9pm and no order, as it was World Cup final I expected them to be very busy and left it. 9:30pm still no order, I ring them up over 30 times over the course of 20/25 minutes and it rings out. I figure at this point as nobody is answering the phone maybe they had to close due to a fault or something like that. I, at this point was glad I'd chosen to pay cash on delivery as I normally pay for it all online. Just after 10pm the driver turns up, well I wasn't impressed. I told him it was over an hour late and had somebody picked up the phone id have cancelled it! He apologised and said they'd been busy with the football and said I could have the order free.

Monday I get a generic "review us" email which I clicked on the link and gave a fair by equally scathing review. I've been ordering my pizzas from PH for several years and never had any issues but this time took the biscuit, busy or no busy the service was shocking and I told them this in the questionnaire. Monday night I get a response apologising for the service and gave me a code to ring up for 2 free large pizzas and 2 free sides!!

So not only was my first order given to me for free £20 but my next worth £24 I think will be!
