Just to clarify - they are all products I actually use and buy and was giving genuine compliments and feedback. And the two complaints were genuine ones, velco tabs ripping off huggies nappies and terrible service in pizza hut. Honesty seems to get you a long way!
I thought it was just me having "issues" with the tags ripping off of the Huggies Nappies - keeps happening to me - might write them a letter, although i would feel bad cause i complained about their wipes a few weeks ago.......0 -

Hiya polka dot zebra, i haven't sent any hand written letters only emails. I didn't include my address on unless they were one of them email submission forms on the companies website, which often ask you for your address on there.0 -

Thanks, I did have a look but couldn't find anything I see it hasn;t been posted on in a week or two before today so that's probably why. I'm new to the whole forum thing, this is my first one and I only joined this month so i'm still getting the hang of it!! Sorry0 -
I complained to Legoland windsor as to much walking should be a warning on the website , we went and it nearly killed me pushing a wheelchair / buggy up the hills
She spoke to manager and came back offered us Free tickets but when I said wouldn't come back offered me 8 free Alton towers instead

I've found them awful! I have pretty much always used pampers but i'm a bit hard up at the moment and the big bags of huggies were super cheap at £5 in sainsburys the other week so I picked them up instead.. big mistake. Although, £5 on the origional bag of nappies of probably which 6 broke, and they reinbursed me £12 via vouchers which can also be spent on andrex loo roll etc so definitely glad I complained! It's valuable feedback for the company too though really, because if nobody tells them then they don't know to change it.Hi well done I got 8 free tickets for Alton towers after complaining to Legoland yesterday too hilly and not suitable for disabled should be warning on website how much walking involved, and tonight went odeon and as the film started and lost it's sound first 4/5 minutes at beginning we just got 7 free odeon tickets , as used cea card only paid £26 for all 7 of us and got 7 free tickets , pizza hut we used £5 adult meal and kids ate free so all in all fab night
Thats fab, although shouldn't have happened in the first place! Just figured out I can quote more than once in the same post... doh.0 -
I know but was literally just the warning and credits at the beginning so wasn't expecting anything

Nice bonus all the same... it's small change to them giving away a few tickets just to shut people up:rotfl:
Forgot to mention as well in my above post, free complimentary coffee & donut at krispy kreme for emailing compliments on how friendly the staff are and the great selection. & also a free cushelle koala from answering a question on their facebook page which my daughter loves! Very cute.0
