  • While Xmas shopping I went to Matalan as I had some 'Love To Shop' vouchers and bought a few bits and pieces but when I came to pay they told me I couldnt use them as they had a current instore promotion of 20% off...I didnt feel this was right so after paying with cash I emailed them...The same day I got a apologetic reply and a £10 gift voucher arrived the next day...Used it in the sale last week and treated myself to a sexy pair of purple killer heels...mmm!!!

I emailed kinnerton with a genuine complaint about my childrens advent calendars. I couldn't store them upright as the chocolates kept falling out. Lovely reply with an explination of why they thought it had happened and sent some chocolate goodies in the post. Excellent customer service!

Has anyone wrote to Red Bull and got anything back? I have wrote twice once in 2008 and the other in 09. Still not a word back.

    Anyone.......?

Meee! lol. I emailed regarding a dodgy tasting can back in mid november. They instantly sent me 4 cans as an apology, and said also if possible could i send the can for testing.

I sent it, didnt hear anything, so mid december i emailed back asking if they had found a problem, but it turned out they hadnt received the can.

Yet even though it was royal mails fault that they lost my can, Red Bull apologised profusely and sent me a further case of 24 cans, delivered xmas eve!!

They really do give outstanding customer service when you speak nicely!!

Excellent, thanks you two. I'll give them another go, maybe this time by email.
  • Good luck dromoe. I remember a while ago you had to do a survey and some lucky people got a 12pack of Red bull. I was one of the lucky ones:D

wooo, I'm a newbie to this board, but I recently complained to hotel chocolate about a very expensive box of chocs I got for christmas that were all smashed up, and what did I recieve this morning? A brand new box :). I had even told them that I had eaten the 1st box and they were yummy, but just not quite up to the standard I would expect for a £80+ box of chocolates! Really good customer service and I was very pleasently shocked as I didnt expect anything! Also I complained to Mars Celebrations a while back because a box didnt have any galaxy truffels in (my faves) and I just got £13 worth of mars vouchers! I wasnt expecting anything from that either, I complain to let them know rather than to recieve things, but it is a very welcome bonus!! xx
