Out of stock online but for once instore seems to actually have some stock and it's priced correctly(what a surprise!). Got one from Christchurch branch and still plenty left on shelf, also be aware that the £40 saving is actually only against a PCWorld price, online from other suppliers it's in the £25-30 bracket so still a good saving!
Thanks for the heads up0 -
same thing as far i can tell...both are 802.11g compliant which (if you believe the marketing stuff/"bull") gives you up to 54Mbps....not as fast as the Super G variants which give you up to 125Mbps
netgear are a reasonable but well known make, whereas i have never heard of the other company....Stevie Coppell's record breaking blue and white royal army - championship winners 2005-60 -
Guess they were to quick for us this time.
I would have bought one to go with my Amazon USB wirelesss device.0 -
just got it home, installed and up and running on my network within 2 minutes, no problems with router being a Linksys and this a Netgear nor that one is B standard, the other G, happily chattering packets between themselves! Thanks again0

Argos had some Belkin wireless USB adapters reduced from £39.99 to £24.99, although most of the stores round my area are out of stock. Got one in one of my kids PCs and it's great (better than the Netgear WG111 I got from the Amazon deal). You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0
