The 15% & free delivery codes worked for me - the 20% codes NEVER work for me. EVER.

Still, everything I ordered was in the reduced section, so I saved even more money. Just gotta hope they don't get cancelled this time, as that happened so often over the jan sales.

Can you confirm whether you used a Debenhams card or just an ordinary credit or debit card please? Not sure if my cards won't work because I am trying to use an ordinary card with a code just for cardholders.

Does anyone know when the money comes out of bank accounts? I ordered some items today, then thought I might as well order some more because my orders don't normally come, but now I'm worrying a bit. It says five days, so would the money come out on the fifth day or earlier? Thanks

Normally it comes out when they accept the order. Though your bank account may not necessarily show it as gone right away.

It says five days for delivery. Some sites only take their money out on the actual day it's delivered to me, that's why I was wondering.

Am completely shocked! Both of my orders have just turned up and was charged the discounted price with free delivery- first time I've ever had a whole order arrive!

I used a Visa Debit card - not a Debenhams card. It could be that the 20% codes work for Debenhams card customers.

It's been hit & miss for me in the past too, but on the whole the codes seem to work for me nowadays... just except the 20% ones.
