Hi, just a question to ask, is anyone having trouble ordering online at Debenhams, as I seem to be blocked from ordering online the message keeps telling me that my card is unauthorised but I don't understand it as I have been using the same card over and over again ordering goods online at debenhams. I have rang them and emailed them and they don't understand it but have told me to ring through the order instead. I find this so frustrating and also costly as it is an 0845 number. I think that they have blocked me for using the SHA1 code as I am not a gold card member and they have charged me the delivery code but I rang them and they have refunded me it back. Also PL7P code seems to work for 20% off sales goods as well.

Just tried this on Bare Minerals foundation and it didn't work. Free delivery worked though. I take it it doesn't work on make-up?

Using the 20%, 15% and 10% at the same time will simply give you 20%. Nothing more. PL7P and SHA1 will give you 20% off and free delivery at the same time, just separate them with a comma.
