OH used to laugh at me when I get all excited about quidco paying out, my focus groups, mystery shopping etc.

After extensive bullying and badgering by me, I now get called up at work as quidco has paid out to him and he's going on a focus group! Apparently it was his decision...........

Maz, that sounds a lot like Stu - he is always tired and quiet at home, but then when he's with other people, he's happy, charming and funny.

I ask him why he can't be like that at home, and he says it's a real effort to be like that.....in which case, why will he make the effort for others, but not for me?

TBH Snaggles I think you should take that as a compliment. He doesn;t have to put an act on with you as he knows you love him the way he is.

Oh my god (said in a very Vicky Pollard way) I am SO glad to be home. Work was soooooooo dull. All the managers I work with are off and there was literally nothing to do.

Just how long can you stretch out laminating around 20 pieces of A4 and then searching for and using a guillotine to chop some of them??!! I reckon I set a record!

RE: haircutting - I cut my ex's hair the whole time we were together. We bought a set of clippers in 1989 and the packed up in about 2000. The second set was rubbish they've been replaced with a cordless set (used now on the dog!)

I used to do a grade 3 up the back and sides and then cut the top with scissors. I was terrified the first time I did it but after a couple of goes, it was fine!

I've discovered a really lush yoghurt in Lidl. It's a litre bucket size and it's called Yogosan and the flavour is Stracciatella. It's a creamy base (not sharp like natural yoghurt) with loads of chocolate flakey bits swirled in . It is absolutely lovely! It's more like a creamy melted icecream taste than youghurt.

Takes lid of bucket to finish it off.............:EasterBun
