Wow! Thats an expensive cat there Lenny!

SEE -- I actually quite like sweeping - therapeutic. Our long attachement has broken on our hoover so I have to crawl on the floor to hoover...oh joys.

My OH does nothing. He can't even find the sink to put his mug in when he has drunk his tea. Oh joy! He doesn't even know why I bother to do the housework. He thinks some fairy comes and does it for him......

Actually getting wound up now about how little he does. So i am going back to getting on with my list (and studying of course :rotfl: )

Spud - take a tip, let little legs become a hairdresser. Free haircuts for the rest of your life, my DD1 practised on me so much I was in danger of having no hair left! Problem is the steady stream of visitors who become your best friends and who leave a pile of hair on the floor to be swept up!

  • I HATE washing up with a passion. It drives me insane. I'm 1/2 way through it at the moment but am having a lunch break lol!

No, my 'boys' wouldn't dream of paying either!

I don't mind if they just want it done with the trimmers, but if either of them ever wants something more complicated, I've got no chance. :o

Washing up is my least favourite job too - I don't mind plates and glasses, but I HATE cutlery, pans and any tupperware-y type stuff.

If it carries on raining I will get a canoe instead of a car... :)

My DW loves the fact I enjoy ironing, I can do it for hours, she puts my fav tv show on and leaves me... I just realised that makes me sound 5.. :)
    Frustrated in Shropshire....
  • Oh god I won't tell you all what OH spends on his haircuts then  almost as much as me

SEE lunch at 11.18? Hmmm I'm hungry myself now.

Snaggles how long is it till your holiday? ;)

    Right then, my list:

    Wash and dry up
Make lunch (oh god we have no food, I might have to get inventive)
    File bills/letters etc
Phone nursery/childminder (!!!!! back to work in a month and no childcare  )
    Hoover throughout downstairs
Hoover stairs if DS lets me...
    Put washing away
    Change the bed and cot

Not bad but with a 9 month old who is turning into a very clingy mountain climber, just getting a glass of water can be a challenge!
  • Well ok so it was more brunch as I hadn't had any breakfast lol!

    Part of the Furniture
See now i feel guilty moaning about G cause he does his fair share of housey stuff and childcare....

but then his faults lie in other areas, like never going out as a couple and being a boring old fart at home, but the life n soul of any time he's out with his mates... to which i am never invited!

See everyone has their crosses to bear....

mind you i'm sure if he were to moan about me, he'd have plenty to say!!

Good job i'm a fox, or he'd be offski!!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
