I bought one of those silver laptop sleeves for £4.99 a couple of weeks ago and the zips have broken on both sides but I can't find receipt. Do you think they will exchange for something else without receipt. Don't want another one as I've since found out that a friend bought one and she had same problem with zips. Thanks

I was doing what many MSE'ers do...pointing out that an item that people were considering buying wasn't worth the money.

Just the same as the someone saying 'don't buy those suitcases [reduced from £50 to £12.99] because the zips burst open all the time]'.

Saving people money...now isn't that what the site is all about??

Has anyone who has bought the "Shining Stars" cuddly toys managed to get onto the website and register their star? The website keeps showing as 'server not found' for me?

I got on but my IP is currently showing as american..maybe thats why? ill try again on my normal IP....
