    i also bought some Reese Pieces at 19p per pack (20 packets infact- dont wanna chance they wont get them back in), there was loads on these on the shelves, i havent bought these for a while, but irc they were 50p-60p in the likes of Sainsburys and Tesco.

    They're 15p in Cannock - I bought 30 packets cos we really really really really love Reeses.
  • Has anyone seen the Dr Who annuals, Top Gear book or Torchwood figures in Coventry? (Only store i can get to) (Or could update if you do?) I keep looking but dont know if ive missed them or if they havent been in yet/wont be etc

  • on the subject of dressing up outfits for kids at christmas, the Telford HB had a fab reindeer costume, you kind of wear it like a sandwich board. (kids size only unfortunately:rotfl::rotfl:)

    Thanks to the poster who mentioned the funkies starter pack for £3.99 :beer:
    Managed to pick 1 up today :D
    plus the Lindt reindeers :D

    They also had some small Stanley go-karts, bikes etc similar to the Meccano ones for 99p

    Make your own snow, 59p per test tube. Add drops of water and snow grows to 100x the size. It keeps as long as its dry.

    Don't know if its been mentioned, but I had a cute Christmas apron for 99p yesterday, three designs, I had a green one with a snowman on the front.

    I had my biggest spend to date £30 :eek:
  • Any Reeses Pieces in Boro or Stockton? Might be worth a special trip tomorrow if there is as I bet they won't last long!

  • Christmas has come early for everyone in Birmingham. I have just discovered another Home Bargains (although it has been open approximately three months :rotfl:- where have I been) at the Stechford Retail Park by Matalan. It was full of stock yet empty of people this morning - Birmingham's best kept secret maybe......
