  • Whenever I go into the Coventry store it always looks like it's been hit by a bomb!!! I always get saddened by certain 'bargain hunters' rudeness. I'm only 5ft1' and always find myself being pushed aside, hit with shopping baskets or rammed by prams.

If only people weren't so rude it might make bargain hunting more fun :( Boo.

I won a £500 voucher for QVC last month so was looking what to spend it on when I came across them lol, I have ordered these instead though the boxes are for sale elsewhere for £15 each so thought that wasn't too bad value

Hi i hope you dont mind me saying but these boxes are for sale in thorntons retail shops for £9.99 each but your still saving as you won the vouchers :j:j
  • Chelmsley Wood store also had the Dr Who and Formula 1 annuals in this morning. They have had Hot Wheels ones for a week or so too. Lots of 19p small tub pringles (plain, sour cream and onion, prawn cocktail, bbq and salt and vinegar). Lindt reindeers were £1.29 on the right hand wall as you walk in. Loads of Fisher Price and VTech toys at really good prices but I'm not sure we need any more........

    Today in Retford:
    Lindt Santas and reindeer £1.29
A huge selction of soft toys, including some of the Shining Stars, but no unicorns or dragons.
ITNG and Peppa Pig single bed sets, £8.99
Standard pesto and sundried tomato, Filippo Berio, 99p
    Duchy teabags 89p
A unicycle (!) but didn't see the price and was dashing.

Asda are £2.79 for Santa - didn't see reindeer and Wilkinson are £2.48 reduced to £1.98 for both Santa and Reindeer - but still a lot cheaper at good old HB - if you're lucky enough to have one!!
