can you expand on what you were attempting here please?????

These came up from time to time before R&R became DTD. £25 discount should be applied when you spend £25 instore but, as I understood it, it comes up as a cashier prompt, it's not automatic. So if you have put the phone through first the cashier will have to guess the value of the other items you are buying - sometimes they get it wrong. HTH
  • Old El Paso Fajhita Kits - £2.96 each or 2 for £3 (offer expires tomorrow I think)

We were charged for each at £2.96, so took to CS desk and got £5.84 as DTD.

Bernard Matthew's Wafer Thin Honey Roast Turkey Ham - 400g...

The SEL was marked up at £1.44 but for the 340g packet (which I couldn't see any of) directly below where the 400g packets were.

    Scanned at £2.98, DtD of £2.90 (should've been £3.08 I think,but nvm!).

My first ever DTD )I stopped bothering when R&R ended, I think my final hit of 3 XBoxes did it...) , and I sorta accidently found it (ok, I noticed the SEL was wrong despite intending to buy it anyway, so thought I'd chance it).

Spent £25 in tesco to get the £25 off any phone, the discount did not get taken off. Went to cs who refused dtd because it was the checkout operators error. I said that was not my problem, i was overcharged......and refuses dtd point blank:mad:

    What phone was it?;)

I bought this a week or two ago, and noticed the difference with the 340g vs the 400g, but it scanned at £1.44 for me.

The people in front of me at the tills today were querying the price of High School Musical 3 cd. They said the shelf price was £8.71 (ish) but it was scanning at £9.87. The cashier rectified the price on the till. They obviously haven't heard of DTD. Every little helps :D
