I picked this up in Aylesbury too, it's a lovely book.0 -
I got a NYC Liquid Eyeliner a few days ago. It's much better than the £2.50 Collection 2000 one I bought only a few days before.
NYC is made by the same people who make rimmel, if you have a look at some of their mascara's, they're identical to certain rimmel ones (including the wand), just with a different label and half the RRP.
I'm not saying the quality is identical, it's merely my observation that they could be. I used to work in cosmetic retail, but I'm a bloke, so no first hand experience
