Bought the mascara someone mentioned - seems good - thank you.
Also tried an egg and cress sandwich for the first time and enjoyed that. Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.

Bought packs of 4 Fry's Turkish Delight and Fry's Cream today, also Flexitol Blistop, a spray for prevention of blisters and a screen protector for a Kindle Fire. Sorry if this has already been posted, I know there have been posts about the Flexitol Oil spray.0

Still a Mellor & Russell product I believe. If I find it again I'm stocking up!Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I happened to be in Hounslow a while ago and it was these that caught my eye, it sounds silly because I'm not usually swayed by packaging but it is a really good product. I bought the day cream (SPF15, and RRP £8.99 on Amazon) and the deep wrinkle eraser, which I use as an eye cream (£6.90 on Amazon).

did it work? lol0 -
I was surprised at what a good product it was - in fairness I don't have wrinkles as yet, let alone deep ones! My skin is a bit tricky but this suits it perfectly. But then interestingly enough, so does the £1 Stila make-up, which I bought last year. Has saved me a fortune on the MAC / Revlon that I usually buy!Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Popped in today: no Flexitol oil or foot products. I did get a couple of the Collection 2000 mascaras (blue ones as they are waterproof, the white packaged ones are not and I'm a girl for all seasons
. Also found some neoprone cases for the iPad min, suitable for most e-readers. The colours were an uninspiring dark purple with grey stitching, or black with red stitching - nowhere near as pretty as the girly e-reader cases that were is stock when the big nook sale was on! Still, I'm pleased with what I bought.

I'll tell you what REALLY cheeses me off about Poundland; they've positioned displays, baskets etc in such a way that you have to follow a route round the shop and can only get out by going past the checkouts (or walking all the way back round again). I like to pay flying visits to see what books and DVD's they have in but as they are usually at the far side of the shop and I now have to follow their route it is no longer a flying visit. It's getting worse than IKEA for goodness sake.

They have Flexitol oil at the Lewisham branch if that helps?0 -
Bought this face wash today. Also available in Creightons Perfectly Clear range, was Clear Calming Spot Gel (£6.99 Amazon) and Mattifying Moisturiser. Also found Celine Dion moisturiser, but didn't buy as tubes looked dirty and as if they had been used.“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0
