Another mug I just picked up (only one on the shelf in Trongate, Glasgow): 5055295312739-MADMUG01-Madonna-Celebration-Mug.jpg
Also Black Eyed Peas mugs, not sure if they'll fly off the shelves!

Another one's came back to me..Sex Pistols mugs in Argyle Street. Don't know if it would do for my dad's belated Father's Day, haha.

    Oh the irony!
Who would have imagined back in the day that Sex Pistols mugs would be given as Fathers days presents :rotfl:. The whole idea of Punk was to go against everything your parents generation stood for. (Well, not exactly but in a loose sort of way).

It was actually "back in the day" (1970s or early 1980s that I trawled through dad's record collection, he was a DJ at one point, and noted that he had a record with a "rude word" in it)!

But yes, a mug with "Sex" on it isn't something you'd have given to dad at one point in time :o Dad's always been pretty cool. Church-going mum would have a "connery", as Del Boy would put it!!

I can't find whoever posted about the twilight gift sets (nail polish and lip gloss), but thank you. Managed to pick up 3 from the Eastbourne town centre shop today (1 for eldest niece's Birthday next month, 1 for her sister's birthday in Nov and 1 for another niece at Xmas). Total bargain! Also picked up a lovely compact mirror to go with eldest niece's birthday pressie.

Whilst there I saw those Cura Heat pads. Usually retail around £4 in Boots: http://www.boots.com/en/Cura-Heat-Back-and-Shoulder-Pain_24301/

Has anyone seen or tried the Derma Nature CoQ10 face creams? I bought the eye cream today. It feels nice & light on, let's see if it is as anti-wrinkling as it promises..
Is this the thin red tube of eye cream? If so, I can recommend it. It's also a handy size when travelling, for example I used it all over my face last night instead of taking my glass jar - just saves a bit of weight, that's all. The face cream is great too (red and black packaging, with a bamboo design). If I can find an image online I'll post it.

Spotted unbranded but very stylish "Keep Calm" related toiletries in Darlington Poundland. Vanilla and anise hand / body cream/lotion (in pump dispensers); soaps in presentation tin, also in pomegranate fragrance. They don't look cheap and the vanilla and anise smell was lovely.
I think shower gels were also available. Got them for a friend who was desperate for value birthday gifts; good for those putting aside for Christmas too.

Lots of Naked conditioners for dandruff in Darlo too, plus Black and White conditioner. Timotei silicone free conditioners also (which I have tried, the Green Tea variant is very good.) Just wish they had the same shampoo.

I think the packaging I saw in Darlington £land was green/black; I'm sure it was Derma (something)10.

Mine's the same as Mcculloch's I think. This stuff: http://www.mellorandrussell.com/collections/skincare-collections/derma-nature/derma-nature-eye-cream.html

http://www.mellorandrussell.com/collections/skincare-collections/3d-lift/3d-lift-eye-roll-on.html Was yours this one, VfM?

It's also Mellor & Russell who make the argan hair stuff I raved about on here, looks like they're a decent budget beauty brand to look out for.

Sadly I can't find the Flexitol anywhere local. I love it and was going to stockpile a few bottles.
