99p store do normal sized bags of sugar we buy it as well :) 82p sounds about right.

At the moment they also have sugar in a different type of container its a thick plastic with a screw off lid on the corner and you just pour out what you need. I think its a fantastic idea they have white sugar and brown unrefined sugar. 750gram bags i brought some of the brown for cooking. brand is la perruche and of course 99p

(The authentic taste of 100% pure and non-refined cane sugar, fine texture and deliciously golden colour is a treat for the taste buds. Whether sprinkled on top of yoghurt or fruit or used in your cooking, La Perruche cassonade with its subtle hints of honey and vanilla is the secret to successful desserts. )

Is there a 99p store thread?

Oh wish there was, we've got a fairly new 99p store where I live and I never come out empty handed when I pop in for a look during my lunch break!

    Thanks for the sugar tip.

  • When I open my dishwasher after a wash it has a strange oily smell at the moment. I think it may be since I have used the finish tabs I bought at Poundland. Anyone else noticed anything similar? I'm going to alternate with some other tabs and see if I can get to the bottom of it.

I've asked before about a 99p store thread and a Poundworld thread has anyone seen one or maybe we should start one? Thanks to all posters. I haven't got a Poundland very near to me but it means that I know what to look for when I get the chance of a quick visit!:T
