    A kit for Easter egg hunt
    character model kits
    Easter Bonets and decorations
    Box of chicks

    Lots of seeds - 6 lots of veg seeds in a pack for £1
    There are lots of different ones to choose from - great value

    Hanging baskets - the nice straw decorative ones
    (Paid £7.99 for a similar one a bit bigger last year in Homebase)
  • The camping gear is in stock in Scarborough. The rescue tent could double for the kids to have fun in .... little 3 leg folding stolls great bargain too.
    Also picked up shoe spray stuff to rescue nubuck shoes bargain at £1
    My birds will have their fat balls.
  • :jNipped into the Motherwell store today and was well impressed.

    Managed to grab my aunty a metal hanging basket and matching bracket to hang it from (v.cute with butterflies)for her birthday:p

    A metal tin shaped like The Stig from Top Gear for my car daft bro's birthday ;)

    Cycling stuff for my uncle's birthday - an aluminum drink bottle, all weather bike cover, padded saddle cover (hehe:rotfl:), led bike torch/light, a repair kit and a pair of super cute cycling gloves:D

    And a Tai Chi relaxation DVD and booklet for my stressed out mum for Mother's Day:o

    Also got my bf's daughter a hardbacked kids book about elephants:D

    Glad to say that's me pretty much finished my birthday shopping for the year now - only a few things left to get my dad :T

  • I know this is the Poundland thread but in Poundworld they had loads of cool stuff for the garden (more choice than PL) and a gorgeous Disney brush set for little Princesses:p

  • Insulated screwdrivers, 2 slot 2 cross types, for £1! (obviously)

    I work on street lighting - repairs and renewals of entire streetlights and snapped one stanley terminal screwdriver and lost the replacement (£12 a pop) down a column. Was gutted.

    This set isnt going to last me years but average life of a terminal in my job is about a year I reckon so well worth the money!

  • In Poundland today, they had terrific box sets of Yoga and Tai Chi. They are a boxed set containing a DVD and book and they were selling out fast.....they look great and would make a really nice pressie for someone special.

    Done the Edinburgh Moonwalk 2010(yeh !)
    Signed up to do....Woman's 10K Glasgow run
    Great Scottish Run and St Andrew's Hospice 6K run and Midnight walk (13 mile)

    Thanks I'll certainly give that a go (hate fighting with ice cube trays, they usually end up on the floor!)

  • Noticed today that there were various AA essentials pocket guides. Printed 2007 so reasonable for most destinations. They had Andalucia/Costa Brava/Croatia/Dubai and a few others

    Lots of "Michael Jackson,the magic and the madness" by J Randy Taraborelli books in Staines. Its a really good book RRP 8.99. I have the hardback version but bought this paperback to keep in my handbag:j:T
