  • They had these in Durham city poundland on Sunday. My nephew went mad for it when he saw the poster in the window. I had to ask an assistant because I had no idea what it was - I still dont!! But he was happy.

Just found out that my local branch closes on the 15th (Fleet, Hants). It always seemed busy in there, but was such a huge shop (former Woolworths). Such a shame. Poundland is always great for a mooch :(

Further to Sue Oh's post, I found the L'Oreal Minerals Powder Liner in the Maidstone Week Street branch on Monday.

Tried it this morning (bought both brown and black), and it's fantastic!

Highly, highly recommend it to anyone who finds it :D

Poundland in Edgware had silicone ice lolly things that look like calipos.

Ooh I hope mine has these in, they cost a fortune from lakeland or ebay, and I've really wanted some for ages!
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.
  • Went into Wolverhampton store today and they had the Horrid Henry books there. I got six my son didn't have so very pleased.:D I wouldn't have spotted them as they were on the back wall on the very top shelf and not displayed very good if my tall husband hadn't noticed them for me. Also I looked for the Bakugan morph lights and found none which was disappointing.

I'm looking for camping equipment, specifically picnic blankets and solar fairy lights. If anyone spots any camping stuff could they post on this thread for me? Ta.

Bought 2 headlight torches for stocking presents at Christmas and neither of them works so def would not recommend these. You get what you pay for but everything else Ive had from Poundland has been fine, incl the Kodak batteries.
