initially sceptical , but have to say their £1 Memory Foam Shoe Insoles are superb .. major improvement to comfort of all shoes .0

I like these too, and they last a lot longer than many types of cheap insoles. They aren't breathable though, so not recommended for the hot-footed.0 -

Does anyone actually need "self tan" when the summer is as hot as it has been?
Surely 3 days out in the sun with suncream will offer you a natural tan for... free?/??
You get tanned even through clouds... trust me.. I am a tan salesman!0 -

I prefer to use a high factor sunscreen to protect myself from cancer, ageing etc and then use self tan products to get some colour .Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0 -

i tan very well in the sun in fact i love nothing more than soaking up the rays!!! BUT.....DUE TO A MASTECTOMY COS SILLY ME GOT CANCER,my plastic surgeon advised me not to expose it to the sun just yet!! so i didnt want 1 white and 1 brown so...its colouring in for me at mo!!!:rotfl:sillywilly wrote: »Does anyone actually need "self tan" when the summer is as hot as it has been?
