I still wonder if he got his money and have sent the DCA'S or Bailiffs in?:rotfl:

I like the idea of giving other DCA numbers out when they ask for contact nos..i so want to use that one!:rotfl: Can you imagine the conversation?

I know! It was such a disappointment how it ended on the thread.

It's exactly what Mackenzie Hall deserve! :D :rotfl: I'm very tempted to give GE Money the number of this loan company that have been ringing my mobile phone constantly... I've taken to answering their calls but not actually speaking and leaving the phone open as I work.

Had a letter from MBNA thanking me for my letter and saying they are there to help me in anyway they can. Hopefully they'll be as supportive when CCCS get in touch.

Spoke way too soon on this one. Got my CC statement toady, 3 seperate charges added. One for the returned DD, one for non-payment and a further one for being over the limit (which I wasn't before they added the first 2 charges:rolleyes: ). I also asked them to cancel the PP and it's still there. They've cashed the postal order and responded to the letter so they can't deny receiving it. It's so frustrating.

Received my pack form CCCS ready to make first payment on 1st September, it's exciting and scarey all rolled into one! My current debt according to them is £23049.00 but there's already alot of charges and more interest to add to that. All my creditors will be getting more than half the contracted payment, which I know is alot more than many pay so I'm hoping it will be quickly approved.

I've worked about 30 hours OT this month, so that will be a nice amount to put in to a savings account. I'm determined to be in a position to make F&F offers well before my estimated DFD.

No calls today from GE Money! :T Just a letter and another from HSBC.

No phone calls again today. :T Just one credit card bill - why haven't I made payment etc. I really hope this is a sign of things to come.

Completed my no spends target for the month. :D I can't believe how easy it is, i really haven't gone without anything either, I just use to buy pointless unnecessary stuff.

Working all these hours OT is brilliant, more money, less time to be out spending and when I do finish work I'm too tired to do anything anyway!!

    Oh that's sods law isn't it:rolleyes:

bit of preparation and the swines don't ring:mad:

Good news about the overtime, as well..:T

Mbna can vary in their approach, i wouldn't take it personally about the charges, the statements are computerised and will go out after the letter was recieved. Just keep plugging away and things will settle down.
I would suggest asking about the length of time on the DMP support thread as they will know better than me.

And great to hear you sounding so positive...:D

They rang several times today but I was working on reception so couldn't do anything!

I didn't think I'd ever feel positive about any of this but then I would never have believed it possible that I could be DF in 4 years (still hoping to make it under 3!). Reading other peoples diaries is so encouraging, I now know I one day will be debt free, I used to just hope it will all disappear some how. :o

Now if only I could do something about this miserable weather, it's no good for my beans and tomatoes!!!
