Ive just recieved the email too. well if they send them today that gives us 2 days to receive them before departure, keep everything crossed

Hopefully they will send via Special Delivery. I only got the one email though about the packs being sent out today.

ive just emailed them to ask if they are sending them special delivery, i didnt receive a 2nd email re the eurotunnel either. And to be honest i'm still a bit concerned with;

"we have been awaiting confirmation of your Eurotunnel crossing times but would like to assure you that this is in hand and we do not foresee any issues"

There better not be any 'issues', its a bit late in the day for that, sounds like theyve still not confirmed all our bookings

The 2nd email was just a reply to me asking where my Eurotunnel time was.

I would think they need to send special delievery but they probably wont.

Fingers crossed no-ones winner packs get lost in the post.

What annoys me is that they give you hardly any time to sort out the trip out etc and send there forms back yet they havent sorted out eurotunnel times or anything with 2/3 days left to go.

Ive just received a reply from the email i sent them earlier;

The information packs are leaving our office today and will be sent first class. To check in for the Eurotunnel you will only need a reference number so this can be provided over the phone or email if you do not receive in time

I'm assuming we can just book into the hotel without any paperwork and pick up the park tickets there so hopefully all will be ok

Having been Disneyland Paris 4 times already this year (bad i know lol) I have always taken a hotel confirmation letter to check in as it has a reference number on it. Maybe this will be in the welcome pack.

Least we know if by Thurs no Eurotunnel ref is recieved we can ring and get the details off them. Shame they can't just give them to us now.:rolleyes:

I only want to know crossing times so we can plan what time we are leaving and if we need to book a hotel for Sunday night, depends on crossing time.

I live in Kent but my friend driving the car lives in Northampton so we need to know times so she knows what time to drive down and collect us.

Fingers crossed for the earliest crossing.
