atinkerfairy those are really good crossing times. You'll get to spend longer in the parks. I wish I had requested those times now!
I wonder why some of the cars are different spec? Ours is the top model, fully loaded. I would have thought they would all be the same. Did anyone receive insurance papers for the car yet? I have the car but can't drive it as all I have is the certificate of hire documents.
We are driving from Bristol so have to set off in the middle of the night. Just a warning to those driving with a full car. There is NO boot space in the car with all seats up. We have 2 pushchairs to bring and are now just packing holdalls.

I requested the earliest tunnel time so we can maximise park time.

Thankgod there is only 4 of us going so we dont need to pack that much, then again we might need a extra car for all the food im taking:p

With the Tv's in the car does it mean we can watch dvds?

Yes there are 2 tv screens set into the back of the front seat headrests but you do need the headphones to listen to them. The DVD player is set under the front seat of the passenger side, its not easy to get too but there is a remote. I have a toddler and a baby with me so not quite sure how that will work! But does mean we don't have to listen to Peppa Pig and Maisy the whole way down. Thank goodness! LOL!

Will call tomorrow to find out about insurance and train times.

Where do the headphones plug in? If we get the tvs this could a lifesaver lol. My daughter who is 3 will be quiet and happily watch Disney DVD's all the way there and back.

Just had an email from them with my crossing times and they have me booked on Eurotunnel for 9:48am on Sunday morning. We were hoping to go to the park again on the Sunday to make full use of the passes. We will have to leave in the early hours to get there and maybe have to leave straight after the party on the Saturday night.
  • eventually recieved an email today, 1st confirming packs coming out tomorrow, 2nd with crossing times and checking in details, crossing 9:05 friday morning, 6:55pm sunday then all the way back to newcastle!
    can't wait !!!

the headphones are wireless, only 2 supplied. I've just received the full info email but it seems we were not supplied with the jacket or warning triangle. Grrrrr, gonna have to chase that up tomorrow. Everyone check their cars when they receive them!
  • Does anyone know what the meal vouchers are, does it mean they have booked us half board?

The only meal vouchers I know off is the Half board vouchers. Will be glad if we get them. Will save a heap of money.

We already have booked Cafe Mickey for Friday evening before the bonfire spectacular.
