Postman has been this morning and he didn't bring anything for me......

Nothing here but did receive the car today. OMG! It's the bees knees and sooooo big! We were given an automatic, thank god it's got a full tank of fuel, this is going to be a monster to refuel. Has cruise control, 2 tvs and built in sat-nav (European enabled too) Was dreading having to read a map in the car, always leads to arguements!

We are not getting our car till Thursday evening!

Hope ours come with the TV aswell.

Spoken to Ford again about the letters and they said they was sending them out today as they was waiting for the covering letter to be approved and was emailing tunnel times to everyone. Haven't recieved a email yet. Shall ring them tomorrow again if not recieved anything.

I think they are cutting it close to the leaving date to send out all the documents if im honest. They don't seem very organised.

Yes it is quite close to the departure now. I was hoping to find out crossing times sooner so I can make final plans/arrangments. We searched the reg number of our car which we are hoping to get on Wednesday. It is black and a basic model.

Us too, I have practically packed lol.

Just wish they would get there act together. They haven't exactly followed there own terms and conditions.

cant believe how badly organised they are. my car is arriving tomorrow but still havent had any tickets/reservation details. Hoping the postman will deliver them today. cutting it very fine arent they. anyone else received anything yet today? i did speak to someone on friday and she promised everything was being sent out on monday x

I have recieved a email saying that the winners pack is being sent out today and also another email saying eurotunnels will be emailed or sent out as they are not the ones in charge of making them arrangements.

Fingers crossed this time they are actually sending the details today.
