DD has bashed her front milk tooth - what now?

Is Toothsmith or anyone else in the know, able to help with a tooth query please?

DD1 aged 5 has this afternoon jumped off a climbing frame and whacked her top front tooth on her knee. It bled quite a lot and it is now a little bit wobbly, looks a bit wonky, but then again, I'm not sure if it wasn't always a bit wonky anyway...

She hasn't lost any teeth yet and there is no sign of any of them being wobbly yet, so I guess the adult tooth wouldn't be anywhere near ready to come through, so would obviously rather it didn't come out yet.

I've read elsewhere on the net that when a milk tooth is knocked out, don't try to push it back in as it might damage the adult tooth beneath, but obviously in this case the tooth hasn't actually come out, so not sure whether I should be doing anything.

Can anyone offer any advice please?

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: Sorry, giving or asking for medical advice is not permitted on this forum as it’s not what this site is about. While discussing medical insurance policies, cheaper ways to see consultants, cashback for alternative health treatments and how to get specific medication cheaper (legally) are all perfectly acceptable we ask you specifically not to discuss what to do in the event of certain medical problems (please see this rule on the Health Board). If you have any questions about this policy please email !!!!!! :)
