Wine glasses made of very thick glass?

At least at 99p it doesn't matter too much if you break them, they can be easily replaced. A lot of the very thick glass is very expensive and can still be broken if dropped on a tiled floor...trust me, that's why we went for the 99p ones!!0

I see your point, but I think glasses that break very easily are dangerous.0 -
What sort of thing are you looking for then, Mrs E - have you something in mind that you've used previously or seen in other people's houses? (just curious?)
I just can't actually think of very much made of glass that isn't breakable if you drop it at a distance on a hard surface?0 -
The Pier had some nice ones last time I looked.A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.
Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.

You know the sort of thick slightly green glass that looks like old bottles (did coke bottles used to look like this?).
Maybe with the little tiny bubbles in the glass.0 -
What about the glasses made from recycled old wine bottles. I've seen them at the Eden project and they have them at allthingsgreen.net0

They aren't cheap but would certainly be a talking point!0 -
