Sue - not the balti house by any chance? Last time we ordered from there it took two hours:eek:0 -
Mine would be an omelette, followed by carbonara.
If it was not made from scratch them it would be fresh ravioli or tortellini.0 -

Hmmmm for me it's probably cajun chicken. Put rice on to cook, chop and onion and soften it with some peppers, add chicken (I normally use cooked from rubber chicken but if you sliced the chicken really thin it wouldn't take too long to cook), mushrooms if you fancy it, mix some natural yoghurt with cajun spice mix and add to chicken etc which has been taken off the hob (otherwise yoghurt will curdle). Serve with salad and some pre made HM tortillas.
If I don't faff I can get this done in say 20-25 mins.I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

For me as a light lunch it's a big handful of rocket, chop up a goats cheese and lay it on top, then drizzle warm honey and many twists of black pepper. It's literally minutes to do and tastes really lovely.Current debt and mortgage: £25, 820.35 Debt/Mortgage at start: £92,598 (27/09/2010)
