Okay I spoke to friend and we're going to brave the weather and wrap up well
We're going out at 1:30 so I've got about an hour and a half to get a few jobs done. I've had scrambled eggs for a very late breakfast and have had a blitz on the kitchen; one more load of washing put on, dishwasher unloaded / reloaded and put on, surfaces cleared and floor swept
I've also ade both beds and tidied both bedroomsThey, and the bathroom, are just awaiting cleaning

I may be seeing my sister and her kids on thursday, I'm still waiting for her to let me know whether she's free  If she's not free though it would be fab for you to come down
Ok BB - let me know. x"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Edmund Burke

Hope you managed to get a dry spell for your coastal visit. We went to the seafront today and had an ice cream - it was dry but nippy, and we didn't spend too long there, but the little time we did have was quite nice!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. I didn't get much done off the list today, I did the premium bond thing, under ds's bed and my eyebrows
It was nice down the beach, its a nice walk for about a mile or so through woodland down to the beach and ds rode his bike all the way there. He had his all-in-one splashsuit and wellies on so was loving going through all the puddles
We got the little train back (2.00) and yeah, it was a nice afternoon out

I wouldn't worry too much about the rest of the list - presumably you have got half term to get things sorted?Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Yep, and nothing on there is particularly urgent
Ds is going to mums for a sleepover tomorrow night so I may get on with some of it then, then again I may go swimming or something instead

Morning
Nothing new to add so far this morning, ds woke me up at 6:20 again so I'm feeling quite zombiefied
The sun is shining here though so hopefully we'll have a good day at Moors Valley
I'm taking a packed lunch with us so I can control my points but also as food is sooo expensive there

Have a good day out, benben - the temperature's supposed to take a nosedive later on this week, so this is a good one to be out and about.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
