Oh absolutely - its like going down to the sea when there's a storm! I guess you're used to walking at DS's pace, but when its cold like that, I need to keep a good pace up, thats what I was thinking of.

The weather means you'll enjoy the whole week then!

Just checked and it took me 3 months to clear a year off the mortgage  I'm really chuffed with that as sometimes it feels like I'm not getting anywhere with it, but this makes me realise that actually it is progressing nicely :D

    Wow BB... that's fab news!!

I love walking in the cold/rain. We went to Exbury Gardens yesterday in the rain! It was really nice, we went on the train twice as they have proper carriages so we didn't get wet on there!! Had a hot choc afterwards so it was worth it.

I posted yest about your £150 credit, jokingly said, you could give to me, but I can't see it, don't know if it didn't post or if it was deleted? Weird.

Re Thurs, I've got quite a bit to do, so I prob won't have time to get down to you. xx

I didn't see your post yesterday Tigz, but I think I'm going to ask for 100.00 back and leave the rest in credit ;)

We had a lovely day at Moors Valley, ds played really nicely with my friends kids :D Didn't spend any money there either, just 10.00 on petrol on the way and 1.20 on milk.

I've just completed a survey which has taken me up to the 50.00 payout level :j :j Not too sure how long it will take to get it, probably quite a while as it has to register the points then wait for the next payout day, but whatever, its 50.00 on its way :T :T

Just realised I'm very close to a 25.00 payout from another survey site, hopefully I'll reach the payout level in the next week or two :D

Today is xmas shopping day; ds is at mums, I've written a list of who I need to buy for and have sorted my present box. I ave worked out the budget for each person and I should need to spend in total about 170.00, but I added up the vouchers I've got and they should just about cover it all :T :T I've got: 50.00 argos, 50.00 john lewis, 52.00 bonusbonds, 4.00 love2shop, 8.00 luncheon vouchers, 8.00 whsmith, 5.00 boots no.7. I do have some money in my xmas fund too, but if I could not spend it it would be brilliant :D:D

    Welcome InMyShell :D:D

I had a lovely time shopping, spent a bit more than planned :o but it was nice :D I have done my 3 nieces and nephews and also have done the 2 birthdays that are before xmas ;) I did also buy me a really nice wrap / cardigan in Wallis, and several bits in primark, although I thought I'd got a new pair of fleecy pj's but when I've undone the poxy bow its a dressing-gown  Anyone who's ever tried to return anything in there will understand why I'm going to ebay it instead ;):D I also used my boots voucher to get a new nail varnish for me :o

I've still got several people to buy for but I've made a good dent in the list now ;)

I picked up a mystery shop for either friday or saturday night which will pay me 24.00  I *may* be meeting up with a guy on friday night, in which case I'll do the mystery shop on saturday night instead ;) I might not be though, we've been trying to arrange to meet for a while and can never both make the same time  He's supposed to be going out on friday but will see if its still going ahead and will let me know tomorrow :D
