Morning
I finally put the heating on last night and it was lovely and toasty this morning
Today should be quite a nice day, I need to finish yesterdays list and do a few new bits too, so here goes:
- Update xmas shopping list on laptop
- Ebay 10 items
- Clean bathroom
- Put ds certificates on wall
- Carve the pumpkin
- Put halloween decs up
- Get ds haircut
- Ironing
- Paint my nails
- Check smoke alarm
- Sort out fancy dress for halloween event tonight
- Do all surveys in my inbox
Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

All surveys are done, fancy dress is sorted (last year pumpkin stuff still just about fits
), ds certificates are up on the wall and a few halloween decs have made it up too.
I've also emailed re the electric asking for 100.00 of my credit back, I had to put in a new meter reading first but it still shows as being 125.00 in credit, I know they'll say I need it in credit for the winter but rather its in my account than theirs
I also had an email through saying I have another mystery shop on saturday morning which wil be an extra tennerMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Congrats on the weight loss. I did the same with the e.on i reasoned it is better in my account as well.
Hope DS has a spooktacular Halloween.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

I did the same with e.on - rang and asked for my £100 back (I am £166 in credit) and they said NO!!!!! They said that if I got my money back, they would have to put up my direct debit by £20 a month!
I was a bit  to say the least. I have been in credit for the last year, and have already had £400 back from them, so the chances of me being in arrears over the next quarter are.........??
Anyway, they wouldn't budge - so my £100 remains with them. I will be looking to switch (through quidco) asap.......Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
I'm wondering if they'll say the same to me too Hypno as it does say on their website that they don't do refunds  I understand I spend more in the winter than the summer but over the last 12 months my total usage has been 390.00 and I am currently paying 41.00 per month, so nearly 500.00 a year, so I will be even more in credit :rolleyes:Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

I only rang up last week and got mine back, it is now in the account. The only thing they wouldn't do is lower my DD payment. I am sure there must be something legally you can do about it, especially under the DD guarantee terms.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
