Yep definately Tigz, as long as you don't mind diety food ;):D Actually, I've probably got non-diety food that you and the kids can eat up for me :D Let me know what time is good for you, I'm free all day so its up to you, anytime is good with me :D

Well done on a good WW start - I lost 1.5lbs this week, so a slow start.........but at least it was a loss rather than a gain so I will be grateful for that! I got the Cook book instead of the starter pack too, so was very happy with that.

Well done Hypno :T :T When I've done WW before I usually lose about 3 / 3.5lbs in the first week but I'm not expecting that this time as I had already been doing it for 4 days before my first official weigh-in, but if something comes off next week I'll be happy ;)

Hypno - please promise me you don't lose weight as quickly as you pay off debts ;) :D

If only!!! I am a typical yo-yo dieter - I fall into the dieting equivalent of the consolidation loan trap - shifting the fat, then piling it all back on again and having double to lose next time and finding it even more difficult each time!

I have to admit I expected a bit more than a lb and a half - purely because of the running I have done, but ho hum, maybe it will drop off when I least expect it and give me a nice surprise one Wednesday lunchtime!

Diet food is fine with me as long as not mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber..... :rotfl:

I'm out 2moro night and expecting to get quite messy,so providing I'm not ill sat morn, will aim for about 10/11? A walk along the beach will do me a world of good.... BUT I'm not allowed to spend any money.....!

Back from ds appointment with the doctor, she's referring him to several other people, not sure who, one was a neuro something or other, others were to assess for autism etc, although she said she didn't think he was autistic it needs to be ruled out. She said his motor skills were weaker than average :o Will wait and see what happens next, she did say it will probably all be after xmas.

I haven't spent any money yet today, but need to go and buy some milk now. I haven't eaten much yet today either, only had 6.5 points so far, so am looking forward to my tea tonight :D One more day till the holidays :j

I've completed the matched bet I was doing at last  :D and have just withdrawn 56.00 from it, then I should also get another 25.00 from a referral  ... then I can start all over again with the next one ;):D

Been having a bit of a tidy up tonight as Tigz is coming over tomorrow, please excuse the piles of bits for ebay and stuff everywhere Tigz :o:o

I'm off to do my food shopping online now, will be consulting my WW books ;)
