OK you two have inspired me
Back to WWs for me too
I have no excuse as the nearest daytime session is about 1 min walk (just looked it up and they moved to the next road to me)
So Thursday it is -the monthly pay thing looks good
I get discouraged by points too so might go for the Free -although I get bit lazy on it and end up having stir fry peppers and onions with rice and lashings of soy sauce far too oftenI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
Yay Duchy !!! :j :j Anyone else feel like joining us??
I need to try not to fall into my usual habit of eating the same stuff everyday too; I usually go for a curlywurly (2.5 pts) or a frys chocolate cream (4.5 pts) as an evening treat once ds is in bed
I don't really drink alcohol so thats not a problem points-wise, but I do like to snack a lot, especially in the evenings when ds is in bed

I sooooo need to lose weight.... like at least 2 stone! BUT I hate going to the weekly meetings, so not sure how to do it? I have all the SW stuff, so guess that's the best way to do it?"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Edmund Burke

Today has been my second nsd in a row  I've stuck to my points again today and have probably eaten more fresh fruit and veg in the last 3 days than I've eaten in the last 3 months
I'm not too sure how I'm going to do the weighing thing as I started the plan on sunday but will be going to meetings on a wednesday  I think I will go by their scales, but will check mine as a rough guide too
According to my scales at home my starting weight was 11 st 8lbs, but I'm expecting theirs to make me nearer 12 stone, as it will be the evening, I'll be wearing clothes and theres are more "official"
So, tomorrow night will be the first official weigh-in where I will get my proper starting weight

Ds was super at school again today :j :j
I've put the next 200.00 of bets on for tonights footie, and then have another 300 to go
Will report back later after WW ....Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Good luck at WW, and you are doing very well on the MBing. Still haven't done one yet, i don't know what it is.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
Back from Weightwatchers ... I weighed in at 11 stone 8lbs, which I'm actually pleased with as thats what I weighed on my scales when I started on sunday, and they always make me a couple of pounds lighter, so in theory that means I've shifted a couple of pounds already
As part of the monthly pass online you get a free starter pack which includes the shopping and eating out guides and a journal, but they had run out. She wasn't going to budge but finally agreed to give me a free Cook cookbook which is a really thick book and I'm quite pleased as I already have the other bits I was supposed to get (although some bits are a bit out of date now)
I also bought some of the toffee bars, and they really are yummy, I'd eat them even if I wasn't doing WW,a bit like a toffee crispSo, here we go, goodbye fatty!!!
