I've been working out, I have 38 more days of holidays so if I aim for £25 per day, I could make £950 for the rest of the holidays. Now this is a huge amount to find each day, but it is more manageable than thinking about how to find £1000 in the next few weeks
So, day one, and that matched bet ended up being £21, so another £4 to find today from somewhere. Goodness knows where tomorrows will come frombut hopefully something will materialiseMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Postie brought me a voucher today from my hairdressers offering 50% off, so I just phoned up and have booked an appointment for saturday, and it includes highlights too  I was going to book one for next week anyway so hopefully this will save me a fair chunk. I normally only have half a head of highlights done but am having all done this time. Its usually about £80, but will be a bit more because of the extra highlights, but then 50% offMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Well the other £4 didn't materialise yesterday and I have no idea yet where todays money may come from
We went to a pub quiz last night but didn't even get close to winning so no extra earnings there.
Today I'm going to the hospital with my friend for her annual check-up, then hopefully will start sorting out the garage getting stuff ready for the car boot sale on sunday.
10p on the scratchcard again (does anyone know someone who's won the £100 ever ???), am now up to £9.30 so a week to go till payout hopefully.
I'll keep plugging away with the surveys, I checked mystery shops about 5 times yesterday but nothing in my area, and I must must must get checking the matched betting boards againMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Just ordered a Nails Inc nail varnish for £1 from the grabbit board, hopefully will make a few quid on ebay at some point or will be useful in my present cupboardMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

I ended up spending almost all day with my friend so my plans for this afternoon went out the window. Ds is in the bath and I have just gutted and cleaned the hall cupboard out, filling a couple of bags for the car boot sale in the process as well as finding a mountain of empty carrier bags for the same event
Tonight I want to potter and tidy a few bits away and tomorrow after the hospital I want to tackle my wardrobe
By the way, I don't know if its just me, but almost every time I type something on here it keeps adding random smilies in or the cursor will suddenly move up a couple of lines while I'm typing :rolleyes:It is sooo irritating, I'm not sure if I'm hitting some other key by mistake but it does it so often it is driving me nuts  :mad:Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Morning
We're off to the hospital in a minute for my finger check-up then I must return a few bits to Next on the way back, then its paperwork and my wardrobe for the rest of the day  Bit disappointed with the weather forecast for the rest of the holidays, living this close to the beach but having rubbish weather is sooo annoying
No money made yesterday other than a couple of surveys, so need to find some serious money from somewhere today. I have found quite a bit of stuff for the car boot now, it is all 50p or 20p stuff but hopefully I can clear some of it and make space in my cupboards / garage etc and a few pennies into the mortgage pot at the same time. I'm just hoping its not going to rain on sunday too.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Hospital took ages and ages today, we arrived half an hour early (trffic can be awful getting there but wasn't bad today), then had the x-ray done then had to wait over an hour to see the consultant who literally spent about a minute and a half with me   He said it looks like its healing okay, still not healed properly so still at rick of breaking again, and he wants me to go back again in another 3 months for more xrays to see how its getting on then.
After that we went to the shops and I returned £44 of stuff to Next :T then it was lunchtime so we ended up nipping into M&S, £6.50 in the cafe, £5 in the food hall on milk and bits and another £12 on some sale bits (books, puzzle and an xmas pressie for my niece).
Finally made it home, weather is awful once again, and we're planning on staying in this afternoon, ds wants to play with some of his new birthday toys while I gut the paperwork mountain and then begin my wardrobe ...Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Sorry to hear the finger's not healing properly yet
Hoping the weather will stay at the least not raining this weekend, keeping little ones entertained in rubbish weather isn't great fun. I always forget in the summer the things that keep us occupied in the winter....0 -
The paperwork mountain has been sorted for now, it was all put into one huge pile, then sorted into (a) to be filed (b) to be actioned (c) to be binned. Pile c was 3 times bigger than any other, and made a rapid exit towards a black bag
Pile b only had a couple of bits in it and is now sat on the table, pile a got put into a cupboard ready for the day when I overhaul my filing system and bin stuff that ridiculously old and I've no idea why I've kept hold of it that long anyway
So, a bit more housework done in the meantime, kitchen cleaned and floor cleaned, bathroom cleaned, my room tidied and hoovered. The lounge isn't looking so great but ds is having a whale of a time playing in there, and it is all superficial, just toys, oh and a growing pile of ironing
Time to start the clothes in my roomMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Well I'm still managing to avoid sorting out my room
I did get the ironing done last night though and the rest of the flat is looking tidy, other than the pile of stuff in the hall waiting to go downstairs to the garage to be sorted for the car boot sale.
The sun is shining at the moment but its not supposed to last  Todays plan:- get ds to finish reading his library book
- change said library book
- pay ds birthday money into bank
- post birthday card
- deliver a thankyou letter
- get ds to write a couple more thankyou letters
- start boxing the car boot stuff in the garage
