No, you're definitely not the only one - but I have to say her Mother was even more irritating!!!

Morning :D Food shopping is done, was in and out before all the bbq people and tourists hit the supermarket, did spend £54 though  BUT didn't buy any junk, just loads of fruit and veg and healthy stuff ;)

Postie brought my smear test results this morning (first one for about 10 years :o), and everything was fine :j God bless you Jade for making me finally get round to going :A

Right, just sorting out the pedometer then I'm off to the gym before the beach starts looking too tempting

I think I should go away more often, I've come home all renewed and motivated for once :D Right, todays gym session is done, I couldn't find my list of instructions for the weights stuff and the instructor wasnt in today to print me another one, so I did an extra 10 minutes on the treadmill instead, so altogether I did 20 mins on the treadmill, 10 mins rowing and 5 mins on the wave thing :D I had a think about ebay while I was doing it and have thought of 6 items already that I can stick on there ;)

I know the world is out in the sun today but I actually feel like being indoors, am I wierd?? :o I just hate feeling all hot and sticky, I'll probably go out later when it cools down a bit again, but for now its too sticky :o

Hi Benben, glad you had a good holiday.

I've just had my results too. Jade (and the girls on the chat thread) made me go for the first time in 11 years :o

Well done for multi tasking while on the treadie !!!! All I can think about while on mine is keeping my legs moving at the right speed :D
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
