Congrats on the sale - it's weird when that happens isn't it? Glad the finger isn't too bad, yes it's bad enough I know but not quite as scary knowing it's benign I hope.

Evening :D Today I managed to get my finances sorted in a really dull lesson :o I still need to actually move all the money, but I have it on paper what needs to go where. Basically I need to use the money I've been putting away for the car insurance and this time I'll have to pay it by monthly dd, but that means that all my money is back where it should be, I dont need to pay any more back to any accounts, and from now on I can start again with putting any extra pennies into the mortgage fund :D

I have sold 2 bin's on ebay today for 3.00 each, although I miscalculated the postage a bit so have ended up with 2.50 each from them, but hey, its another fiver towards the fund ;) Won't count it yet though until all my ebay items finish at the weekend and I can see how much I have there in total :D

Bit of a strange one today; I got the completion statement through for the remortgage and it says they owe me £340 and have enclosed a cheque ... however, there was no cheque in there, so I phoned them up and the guy said it was a mistake on the letter and I wasn't owed anything, then went off to check. Next I get a different guy who says they've sent the money to my account instead of a cheque ... I told him theres no money in there, and he said wiat till monday and it should be there by then ...

Tbh, I wasnt expecting any, so I reckon it might be a big mistake after all, but would be lovely if it was right ;):D

A couple more bids on ebay today and have done a p*cone survey for £4

Morning :D Posties just been and brought me another copy of yesterdays letter, but this one had the cheque attached :j :j So, I'm £341 better off this morning  Now I need to decide what to do with it, obviously some will go into the mortgage fund, but I'm not sure whether to use some to replace the car insurance fund, to get my haircut, or anything else :D

I've also had another bid on a skirt on ebay, I bought it from ebay a couple pf years ago for 99p and currently its up to 4.70 :T I've got 8 items finishing today, currently 4 of them have bids.

Make sure you treat yourself with some of the money BB, you deserve it. How about putting some of it aside for your next holiday also?x

I will need to use about £100 of it for after school club as I forgot I'd 'borrowed' that money for the re-mortgage. So at least I don't have to worry about finding that again :D I think I might put the rest in the mortgage pot, but I may get office for the computer first (the student one), I had a free trial of it when I got the laptop and I use it at work and don't want to not have it now  :D but then I don't really need it :o Hmm, still it'll give me something nice to think about today :D

Hey - if you do decide to buy the student Office version, you can buy it from software4students.co.uk and it's only about £35 - as long as you have a child in a school (and you work in school too). That's where I bought mine from after my PC died with mine on:D
